missingWrote a review on Nov 29late check-out policylack of flexibility
I had a terrible experience with the late check-out policy. We were offered a late check-out for 01 PM, which was far too early for us. When we inquired about a later time, we were told we had to switch rooms due to overbooking, which felt completely unreasonable. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff left us frustrated, especially as we felt dismissed when asking about returning to the club lounge.

The views from our suite were breathtaking, yet
the overall experience was mixed. While the service was excellent and the breakfast delightful, the location felt a bit isolated for our liking. We enjoyed some special moments during our stay, especially the personalized birthday setup in our room.

The Club lounge offered the most delicious food and drinks.
The mini-bar prices were a bit high.

Had an awesome time with my buddies! We played some tennis and chilled by the pool, which was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, and the bar service kept us happy. Just a heads up, though—took us a while to find the playground since there weren’t clear signs.
One downside was the toilet facilities. could be uncomfortable for some guests due to the lack of water jets.

We had an amazing stay with the kids at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views of Hong Kong Harbor from our room. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day out, and the staff was always attentive, making sure our needs were met.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service
I enjoyed a stunning view of Victoria Harbour from the deluxe room, complemented by the welcoming gestures of the staff. They surprised me with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine to celebrate my special occasion. Do try the highly-rated Chinese restaurant on-site for an exquisite dining experience!

The breakfast was exceptional, particularly the buttery croissants that started each day on a high note. The Club Access really added value, allowing for near-constant food and drink throughout the day. However, the stay was overshadowed by the high price, which made it hard to justify the expense. The views are undoubtedly stunning, but one might find more budget-friendly options without sacrificing the experience.

central haven with stunning views and nearby parks for strolls
The stay was perfect as I relished the stunning view of the harbor from my room and enjoyed easy access to the beautiful Hong Kong Park, just a short stroll away which made my walking explorations delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for other solo travelers looking to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. however, I did wish that the sauna was hotter during my first day before it was quickly fixed.
